State Licensed Program Development Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of inpatient quality improvement initiatives leveraging the GWTG-Stroke registry Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams and manage workgroups of volunteer subject-matter experts Guide QI staff through the adoption and execution of evidence-based inpatient guidelines and develop educational materials Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care or clinical quality improvement Experience in hospital operations, QI nursing, or registry operations Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows related to stroke care Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
