The role involves collaboration with senior leadership to manage budgeting, financial planning, and operational performance. This is a full-time, based in St James, MO.QualificationsProven expertise in Business Planning and development Strong knowledge of Operations Management and process optimization Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making Experience with Finance and Budgeting to oversee financial health and growth Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams MBA is a plus Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, or related industries is highly preferred
