DescriptionPosition Summary:The To-Go Specialist is the friendly voice and smile behind our takeout experience. This team member ensures each guest receives accurate, timely, and warm service-whether picking up curbside or calling in an order. You'll be a key part of keeping operations smooth, food quality high, and our guests coming back for more.What You'll Do:Provide an exceptional guest experience with every interaction-over the phone, online, or curbside.Take, confirm, and package to-go orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.Handle guest payments, process credit card transactions, and make change when applicable.Maintain clean, stocked, and organized to-go and service areas throughout your shift.Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timing.Assist with side duties as needed-rolling silverware, running food, or helping with seating.Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing duties per company standards.Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the Santa Fe Cattle Co. values of integrity, teamwork, and hospitality.Perform other duties as assigned by management.What You Bring:A friendly, outgoing personality and genuine enthusiasm for great service.Strong communication and multitasking skills.Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.Basic math and cash-handling skills.A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.Physical Requirements:Stand and move quickly for up to 6 hours per shift.Lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently.Bend, kneel, and balance as needed.May occasionally work outdoors when assisting curbside guests.Equal Employment Opportunity:Santa Fe Cattle Co. provides equal employment opportunities to all team members and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other protected status in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
