The Impact You'll Make As our Web Developer specializing in React and JavaScript, you’ll be at the heart of our front-end innovation. You’ll transform complex requirements into elegant, high-performing interfaces that users love. Your work will directly shape how people interact with our platform—making it faster, more responsive, and more engaging. What You'll Do Build and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end tooling. Collaborate with designers to translate Figma or Sketch mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible UI components. Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth rendering and minimal load times. Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to deliver real-time, data-driven experiences. Write clean, reusable, and testable code with tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and mentor junior developers. Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks. What You'll Bring Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js, with a solid understanding of component-based architecture. Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil. Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel. Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Experience integrating APIs and handling asynchronous data flows. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think from the user’s perspective. Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or server-side rendering.
