Role Description We are seeking a Manager of HR Technology and Shared Services to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity in Granger, IN. This role is responsible for overseeing HR technology systems and shared services functions to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include optimizing HR technology processes, managing system improvements, ensuring data accuracy, and leading a team to provide seamless service delivery to employees while driving HR process innovation and compliance. Qualifications Proficiency in HR technology systems, HRIS management, and system implementationExperience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and shared services operationsKnowledge of data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting technical issuesStrong leadership, communication, and team management skillsAbility to promote operational efficiency and ensure compliance with policies and regulationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldPrior experience in HR technology or shared services management is highly desirableAnalytical mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges effectively
