The Inside Sales Representative provides direct support to the sales organization and contributes to the efficient execution of sales activities within assigned territories. This role combines lead qualification, CRM management, and administrative coordination to ensure accurate information flow and a positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesReview bid documents and market information to identify, qualify, and route new sales opportunitiesEnter, update, and monitor opportunities in the CRM to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and timely follow-upMaintain account and contact information within the CRM to support consistent communication and territory managementPrepare and coordinate documentation related to quotations, proposals, and contractsSupport daily sales operations, administrative tasks, and internal communications associated with the sales cycleCollaborate with Sales and Customer Service to align on priorities and deliver a seamless customer experienceRequirements2–3 years of relevant experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetails & LocationPosted: March 17, 2026Full-Time: M-F business hoursHybrid: Bedford, IN 47421, USAPay or shift range: $45,000 USD to $50,000 USDThe estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position.
