Program BOM Engineer I

Reviewing all BOMs received from central BOM team in Munich-engineering change control. Creating/building new BOMs in the ERP system and Ujigami. Submitting new BOMs to be built in the access database (current) and independently building them in SAP (future). Maintaining BOMs monthly continuously doing audits between all systems ERP, Ujigami and access. Excellent versatility with MS excel to execute quick comparisons and look for similarities and differences in the BOMs. Creating engineering change notices for upcoming changes and communicating it to the CKD customers. Coordinating upcoming part/engineering changes with the responsible JIT plants. Complete Program management with new program launches and program maintenance.
