INPATIENT ADULT PSYCHIATRY Phoenix, Arizona, Metro Area District Medical Group, Inc., (DMG) , a large multi-specialty faculty practice group is seeking an I npatient Attending Psychiatristfor our adult inpatient program to staff Valleywise Behavioral Health Center in Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with hospitalized, seriously mentally ill patients. Opportunity Details: Caseload is 9-10 patientsCollaboration with a psychiatric nurse practitionerTeaching of rotating medical students, with faculty appointment available to the Creighton University School of Medicine and the University of Arizona College of Medicine, both in Phoenix.This is a full-time position with all benefits, including Four weeks of paid time offOne week of CME (with an annual CME allowance of $4,000)Ten paid holidaysRetirement planEmployer paid malpractice coverageCandidates must be Board certified or in the process of Board certification and must possess an Arizona medical license prior to beginning employment.
