Job Title: Account Executive, Business DevelopmentDepartment: TicketingReports to: Director, Premium Hospitality & Business DevelopmentJob SummaryThe Account Executive, Business Development reports to the Director, Premium Hospitality & Business Development and will assist with all outbound ticket sales related functions. This individual will be primarily responsible for selling each facet of our business: season tickets, partial plans, premium single match tickets, and group tickets.What You’ll DoGenerate new business via direct B2B and B2C outreach, with a focus on each sales facet of our businessLead our Ticket Sales and Service team in overall phone call and email activity with prospective ticket buyersConsistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goalsManage interactions with prospects through use of CRM system including accurately documenting client information and abiding by team policies and proceduresBuild relationships with prospective customers via outbound communication efforts and enhance those relationships through face to face and virtual appointmentsCollaborate with Marketing, Special Events, Community Relations, and Ticket Operations to promote new ticket campaigns and ticket-based offeringsAssist with sales and retention efforts including servicing and upselling existing and new clientsAssist event staff during matches with day-to-day customer service, operations, ticket fulfillment, and other miscellaneous duties at all FC Cincinnati home gamesResponsible for meeting or exceeding individual and team performance and developmental goalsAttend events and complete other duties as assignedWhat You’ll BringHigh school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred1+ year of prior experience in outbound sales, sports or live entertainment preferred but not requireWhat You’ll NeedPositive “Make it happen” attitudeAbility to adapt to new tasks quicklyExperience using SeatGeek preferredStrong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsExcellent written and oral communication and presentation skillsStrong ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced working environmentStrong team philosophy: proven ability to work positively, collaboratively, and professionally within a team and across an organizationAn innovated approach and willingness to contribute creative solutions to problems as they ariseAbility to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by FCC game schedules, premium and hospitality eventsCulture & PhilosophyIn the FC Cincinnati Sales and Service department, everything we do is guided by three principles: attitude, effort, and results.
