Construction Project Manager
Our client is a well-established exterior services company with 35+ years of experience delivering high-quality waterproofing, restoration, and building care solutions while putting safety and craftsmanship first. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project, including analyzing drawings and specifications, setting deadlines, establishing schedules, procuring materials, tools, and equipment, and monitoring and documenting progress. This is a Full-time, Onsite opportunity based in Hyattsville, Maryland, with a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000.ResponsibilitiesManage projects to ensure all scopes are completed per industry and job-specific standards, and profitablyOperate and care for company equipment, vehicles, and small toolsCommunicate with owners and consulting engineers to create comprehensive bidsPerform accurate take-offs and gather current pricing from vendorsEnsure all project details, materials, and scope clarifications are communicated and assembled for the Foreman and crewInitiate the submittal process and assist with all necessary information upon contract awardEnsure all materials have an assigned purchase order and complete paperwork such as change orders, RFIs, shop drawings, etc.Conduct site visits to manage projects and ensure the Foreman has updated plans and owner expectationsCommunicate scheduling issues and needs with the ForemanFinalize contracts at project completion by issuing warranties, completing closeout documents, and preparing final inspection punch listsDocument substantial and final completion dates and assist with project closeoutQualificationsMust be able to read and understand commercial plans, specs, and detailsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and commercial estimating softwareKnowledge of construction plans, OSHA procedures, waterproofing products, and installation requirementsAbility to create comprehensive project estimatesSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilityAble to work in a team-focused culture built on respect, self-improvement, and safetyBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceAt least two years of related experienceValid driver’s licenseWhat the client offers401K with company matchHealth, vision, and dental insurancePaid maternity and paternity leaveShort-term disabilityLife insurancePaid time off (PTO)Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy: Employment Enterprises, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
