STRUCTURED DECISION MAKING® PROGRAM SPECIALIST STATUS: Full time LOCATION: Remote within the United States; strong preference for someone within the Pacific time zone (California preferred; open to other states on the west coast of the continental United States). Evident Change seeks a program specialist to oversee and maintain leadership on child protective services (CPS) system improvement projects supporting clients in Asia, Australia, and the Pacific time zone. The program specialist will ensure major project deliverables are completed while implementing the Structured Decision Making (SDM) model of decision-support assessments that promote safety and well-being for children and adults. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Get ready to: Develop workplans and manage specific deliverables in our child welfare and adult protection system improvement projects. Engage daily with our client social service agencies around the world and travel when needed (approximately 25–40% of the time) to our client sites. Collaborate as a team across disciplines to help improve systems. Facilitate and lead meetings, trainings, and workgroups. Develop SDM® training materials, manuals, and curricula. Write reports, newsletter articles, blog posts, and other materials. OUR COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT OFFERINGS The national average salary for this position ranges between $75,000 and $95,000 per year. Compensation within this range is dependent on experience, parity with peers, and where an employee lives. Our website shares further information on our compensation philosophy.
