Agency DescriptionOptions in Community Living is a non-profit providing community supported living services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Madison, WI and the surrounding area for 45 years. People supported by Options live in their own homes in the Madison area. People live alone or with one or two roommates with support structured around individual support needs.Position DescriptionThe Community Support Coordinator coordinates and provides support to people receiving services from Options and works as part of a team primarily supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Each Community Support Coordinator has a small caseload and must maintain a flexible work schedule based on the needs of individuals they support, based on the office hours of 9-5 Mon-Fri. Occasional evening and weekend hours required. Applicants must have an insured vehicle and a good driving record.
