You will be at the forefront of defining, refining, and advancing the way stories are told, visualized, and experienced, helping to bring exceptional entertainment to a global audience.Location: Culver City, CASchedule: In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/FThe role may require work at times outside of standard business hours, including on-call scheduled weekend support.Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ matchBackground screening requiredKey Qualifications8-10+ years of experience with production and/or project management in the digital media or entertainment industryThrive in a fast-paced work environmentWork well with ambiguity, highly adaptable to quickly shifting business priorities and needsKeen eye for detail, and are familiar with digital assets and deliverablesExcellent interpersonal communication and above all a collaborative team spiritAssist with improving our production process, tools and workflowProvide honest detailed reports and feedback directly to management and leadership teams.Possess a high proficiency in KeynoteDescriptionResponsible for the setup, creation, and management of key production platform deliverables.Create and communicate proper naming conventions, update associated trackers, and confirm that appropriate metadata standards are applied.Providing support to associated Editorial teams and producers as needed. Builds positive relationships across the Music ecosystem, collaborates with Editorial, Production, Business and Marketing teams to move priorities forward.Reporting to the leadership team, creation of executive summaries.Exhibits proactive and creative solution-oriented thinking and execution.Create and communicate folder structure, channels, and other team workspaces.Provide frequent and clear communication regarding the status of deliverables, reporting on completed content delivery while raising potential issues or key decisions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.Continually strives to define, inform, and optimize processes.EDUCATIONBachelor’s Degree or equivalent related industry experienceAbout Aquent Talent:** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world’s biggest brands.
