Boutique Manager, North Park

Job Summary:The Boutique Manager is responsible for driving top line sales and bottom line profit; achieving all company initiatives and leading and inspiring a team of Stylists to deliver extraordinary customer experiences that consistently exceeds overall sales and service expectations. The Boutique Manager will manage resources efficiently to drive business and maximize productivity meeting all standards of service, merchandising and operational execution.Responsibilities:Create a 'best of class' selling environment by communicating and exemplifying Lafayette 148 brand standardsMaximize sales and service expectations to exceed company standards, creating initiatives to enhance sales and developing solutions for struggling performanceLead the mindset that "recruitment" is everyone's responsibility within the store in order to reduce open jobsProvide leadership and customized coaching to Stylist, by delivering ongoing education, and performance feedbackOversee the creation and execution of local business development of marketing strategiesMaintain relationships within the community to meet and retain target customers and to identify marketing opportunitiesActively seeks input from customers to measure satisfaction and ensure consistent adherence to service standardsEnsure merchandise is presented following corporate visual, marketing, and operational directives & standardsEnsure proactive communication to buying team on customers' requests and merchandise opportunities to drive businessResponsible for managing store control-related operational processes including the management of inventory shortage, loss prevention, sell through performance, store expenses, audits, and payrollDesired Background:Bachelor's degreeExperience:6+ years of retail management experience including 2+ years in designer/ luxury sectorSkills:Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to develop, plan and execute strategies to maximize opportunitiesProficiency in utilizing available technology including Outlook, Excel and WordAbility to work evenings, weekends and holiday schedulesEqual Opportunity Employer
