Cross border work is not permitted for this role.As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will deliver onsite Tier 2 technical support, handling standard processes such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing outdated assets, and resolving ServiceNow trouble tickets. You'll manage asset documentation, perform equipment maintenance, support AV/conference room setups, process facility administration requests, and apply technical troubleshooting via KB articles.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide deskside Tier 2 IT support for users at the World HeadquartersPerform and monitor stable processes such as computer imaging, printer maintenance, asset management, and resolve ticket queuesUpdate and maintain accurate equipment and asset recordsCommunicate effectively via email and maintain process logs, incidence reports, and inventory/service recordsIdentify and resolve operational problems using documented solutions; escalate issues outside established proceduresMaintain equipment, supplies, and service records; schedule routine maintenance, order supplies, and interact with suppliersProvide AV/conference room support as requiredApply basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting using KB articles and enterprise standardsUse agile methodology in daily operationsRequired Skills & ExperienceKnowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentalsExperience supporting AV/conference room setupsProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applicationsFamiliarity with agile methodologyStrong documentation, organizational, and communication skillsKnowledge of computer security policies and general security concepts1 year or more IT experience preferred (recent college graduates will be considered)Additional InformationFully onsite role; occasional driving between Quad City locations (Business casual dress codeMetatarsal safety boots required on Day 1
