Improve.We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee two key manufacturing areas: Welding and Drill/Saw Operations.This is an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing leader who knows how to keep production moving, develop a strong team, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.You’ll be highly visible on the production floor, working directly with employees, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to meet production schedules and continuously improve processes.What You'll DoSupervise daily operations across the Welding and Drill/Saw departmentsLead, coach, and develop production employees while promoting accountability and teamworkPlan and prioritize daily work to meet production schedules and customer commitmentsMonitor workflow, productivity, quality, and staffing requirementsEnsure employees follow established safety, quality, and production proceduresTroubleshoot production issues and remove obstacles to keep work movingPartner with Engineering and Quality to resolve production and quality concernsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, productivity, and throughputMonitor material availability and coordinate with other departments as neededTrain employees on processes, procedures, equipment, and safe work practicesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Welding Supervisor, or Lead experienceStrong background in welding, fabrication, metal manufacturing, or machiningExperience overseeing welding and/or saw/drill operations strongly preferredAbility to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflowDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a production teamComfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environmentExperience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plusWhy Consider This Opportunity?⭐ Leadership role with direct impact on production performance⭐ Opportunity to lead skilled welding and fabrication teams⭐ Stable, established engineered-manufacturing environmentIf you're a hands-on manufacturing leader with welding/fabrication experience and you're ready to take ownership of production, I'd love to connect with you!
