Sales Director (Healthcare Industry) - Remote Work

This is a Hunter position.What You'll Do:Hunting:- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, with a remit across industries and a primary focus on Healthcare (Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmaceuticals, and MedTech) industries.- Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.- Present BairesDev's unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients' senior executives.- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.Project Management:- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client's needs and achieve their desired business outcomes.- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.- Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams) throughout the complex sales cycle.- Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.We are looking for:- A sales expert who is passionate about selling technology solutions with:- 5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.- Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical partnerships within the healthcare sector.- Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts within healthcare or life sciences markets.- Excellent understanding of the Healthcare industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.- Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.- Must have a strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technological challenges commonly faced in the healthcare industry.- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.- Native English or fully bilingual (English).What we offer:- Flexible hours - make your schedule- PTO- An excellent compensation package, including base salary and commissions — well above the market average- Healthcare coverage (Vision and Dental)- Life Insurance- 401K Plan- Strong sales operations, and travel & events coordination teams within the company to support your role- You can grow at the speed of your learning curve- Diverse and multicultural work environment- An innovation-driven environment that provides the support and resources for its professionals to thriveApply now!Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive!
