Title: Workday Technical Leader/Architect Location: Remote (limited travel required)Contract Duration: 6–12 MonthsRequired Qualifications9+ years of experience managing enterprise PMO functions, strategic programs, or transformation initiatives6+ years of hands-on involvement with Workday deployment, optimization, or enterprise rollout programsPrior experience supporting healthcare or highly regulated industry implementations preferredStrong familiarity with Workday modules, integrations, governance models, and deployment lifecycleExperience collaborating with senior leadership, business units, vendors, and technical delivery teamsPreferred SkillsExperience managing complex enterprise SaaS transformation programsStrong understanding of Agile delivery, implementation lifecycle management, and PMO operationsAbility to manage competing priorities in large, matrixed organizationsExperience with enterprise reporting, governance tooling, and implementation tracking methodologiesCore ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership oversight for enterprise Workday and UKG implementation activities across multiple operational areasDevelop and maintain PMO governance standards, delivery frameworks, and escalation protocolsCoordinate intake management, prioritization reviews, dependency tracking, and enterprise implementation planningWork closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, Integration, and Infrastructure teams to ensure delivery alignmentManage program reporting, implementation dashboards, RAID logs, and executive communication updatesLead planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and enterprise stakeholder reviewsMonitor project milestones, resource utilization, implementation risks, and delivery timelines
