Field Operations Superintendent

Field Operations Superintendent Pay: $70,000 to $75,000 per year + Company Vehicle, Phone and Performance Bonuses! Applied Coatings is looking for a strong field leader to take control of daily operations. If you’re a foreman who already runs jobs, handles crews, and gets calls all day — this is the next step up. If you are an existing superintendent and looking for a change of scenery, keep reading! This role exists to run the field, plain and simple. What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing 10+ field employees Building and adjusting daily and weekly crew schedules Coordinating deliveries and mobilizations Taking calls from the field and solving problems as they come up Keeping crews productive, accountable, and moving Supporting foremen and lead hands Making sure jobs are staffed right and run safely Communicating clearly with management on progress and issues If something goes sideways in the field — you’re the first call. Who This Is For A foreman or lead who already: Runs crews Knows how to keep jobs moving Is respected in the field. Has an ability to troubleshoot equipment and initiate equipment repairs Someone who is firm, fair, and not afraid to make decisions Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure Background in coatings, fireproofing, insulation, or similar trades is a plus Safety-minded and professional Bonus Structure In addition to base pay, this role includes a performance-based bonus tied to: Crew productivity Attendance and manpower stability Job execution and schedule performance Safety and professionalism in the field Run the field well — get paid more.
