Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigates incidents involving Medicaid recipients and providers to ensure health and welfare Trains new investigators on workflow management and conducts thorough investigations of incidents Writes investigation summary reports and coordinates referrals with relevant agencies as neededRequired QualificationsLicensed registered nurse (RN), licensed social worker (LSW, LISW), or licensed professional counselor (LPC, LPCC) 3+ years of paid experience in home and community-based services (HCBS) related to incident investigation or quality assurance Experience interfacing with law enforcement, nursing homes, and protective services Relevant licensure (RN, LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
