Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area. The Striping and Epoxy Floors team member will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, and striping floors in compliance with project specifications. Additional daily responsibilities include operating specialized equipment, ensuring high-quality and precise work, maintaining a safe work environment, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Experience with epoxy floor coating and striping applicationsKnowledge of surface preparation methods and the ability to use specialized tools and equipmentStrong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial environmentDetail-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver quality resultsPhysical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsDriver’s license and reliable transportation requiredPrevious experience in similar roles or construction-related work is a plus
