As with our winemaking and our vineyards, we seek the top talent- we are always on the lookout for those risk-taking, dedicated individuals who share our strong work ethic and our commitment to excellence.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for calling on all key accounts within assigned marketMonitor accounts performance and daily activities working with store and department managersWork with Regal Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals. Goals may include displays, POS utilization, planner execution and demo activationsAccountable for selling and activating local and regional programsProvide educational wine training to key accountsDevelop and continue to build relationships within assigned market, with Regal leadership and Hope Family WineryProvide reports and recaps on supporting activities and execution to Regal Wine Co and Hope Family WineryConstruct unique and engaging wine presentations and sales tools that embrace Regal Wine Company and Hope Family Winery standards, programs and initiativesAbility to make persuasive sales calls using wine knowledge, ROI, planners and adsCreate, prioritize and preplan your own territory run of key accountsResponsible for working within approved expense budgetContinue to develop wine knowledge, business acumen and sales skills to increase professional growthDisplay original thinking and creativity for problem solvingAbility to work in a fasted paced environment, adapt and respond to change quicklyOther duties as assigned by Regal Wine Co Region ManagerJOB REQUIREMENTS:Required wine sales experienceMust possess a current driver's license, maintain current auto insurance coverage, and a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50 lbs. case of wineThis position requires the availability and willingness to work flexible hours and weekends, when necessaryCandidate must be prepared to reside within territoryWAGE TRANSPARENCY:The annual salary for this role ranges from $50,000-$74,000.
