It has raised $89 million in venture capital from investors including Giant Ventures, Liberty Mutual Ventures, Tokio Marine Future Fund, Congruent Ventures, Initialized Capital, Salesforce Ventures, and T-Mobile Ventures.The RoleWe're looking for a Warehouse & Manufacturing Technician Contractor (40 hrs per week / 12 month contract) to support our operations and manufacturing teams with warehouse logistics, inventory organization, and product preparation for field installations.This role will assist with receiving inventory, stocking materials, picking and packing shipments, and maintaining organized inventory in our warehouse and inventory management systems. The position will also support light manufacturing and testing activities as needed.You'll work closely with a small team responsible for ensuring materials and equipment are organized, available, and ready for deployment, helping improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency as we scale operations. *Must be in office 5 days per week - SF HeadquartersWhat You'll DoReceive incoming shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders and packing slipsOpen boxes, inspect materials, label parts, and organize inventory within the warehouseStock and restock parts and materials in designated storage locationsAssist with picking, packing, and preparing shipments for field installationsMaintain clean, organized warehouse and work areasPerform cycle counts and support inventory audits to improve inventory accuracyAssist with inventory updates and adjustments in inventory management softwareSupport warehouse organization and preparation for upcoming inventory system improvementsAssist with product assembly, packaging, and preparation for shipment when neededSupport testing and preparation of equipment prior to field deploymentHelp coordinate shipping and receiving activities with various carriersMaintain accurate documentation for inventory, shipping, and receiving activitiesIdentify inventory discrepancies or operational issues and escalate when neededOther duties as assignedWhat You'll Bring1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environmentExperience with receiving, stocking, picking, packing, or shipping logisticsFamiliarity with inventory management software (Fishbowl, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to lift and move boxes and materials as required in a warehouse environmentComfort working with spreadsheets and basic computer tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Office)Ability to work independently and manage ad hoc operational tasksStrong communication and teamwork skillsFinal compensation for full-time employees is determined by a variety of factors, including job-related qualifications, education, experience, skills, knowledge, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, full-time roles are eligible for stock options.
