Sales Representative-Entry Level
The 50/50 Program is a collaborative initiative between USLI and select customer partners, designed to provide a structured path for sales career development supported by mentoring, networking, and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales development: Build customer relationships, generate leads, and contribute to sales growth through active participation in the 50/50 Program.
Training and mentorship: Take part in a comprehensive two-year training plan, including one-on-one coaching with a dedicated sales mentor.
Networking: Connect with other participants nationwide to share insights, experiences, and best practices.
Career growth: Develop the skills, knowledge, and professional foundation needed to become a high-performing salesperson in the insurance industry.
