The 50/50 Program is a collaborative initiative between USLI and select customer partners, designed to provide a structured path for sales career development supported by mentoring, networking, and hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities Sales development: Build customer relationships, generate leads, and contribute to sales growth through active participation in the 50/50 Program. Training and mentorship: Take part in a comprehensive two-year training plan, including one-on-one coaching with a dedicated sales mentor. Networking: Connect with other participants nationwide to share insights, experiences, and best practices. Career growth: Develop the skills, knowledge, and professional foundation needed to become a high-performing salesperson in the insurance industry. What You’ll Bring Communication & organization: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for building relationships with customers, brokers, and internal teams. Proven drive: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and achieve results. Coachability: A desire to learn, grow, and apply feedback to improve performance. Positive mindset: Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to new challenges. Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally and overnight as needed.
