Responsibilities * Install residential and commercial overhead doors * Install door tracks, springs, openers, and hardware * Troubleshoot and adjust door systems for proper operation * Read and follow project plans and specifications * Operate hand and power tools safely * Work closely with project managers and construction crews * Maintain a clean and professional job site * Ensure all installations meet company quality standards * Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements * Assist building crews and yard crews when overhead door installation work is unavailable or project schedules allow * Help with material handling, site preparation, loading and unloading materials, and general construction tasks as needed Qualifications * Previous overhead door installation experience preferred * Construction experience required * Ability to safely lift 75+ pounds * Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Benefits * Competitive pay based on experience * Paid vacation * Paid holidays * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Retirement plan with company contribution * Christmas bonus program * Opportunities for advancement * Family-oriented company culture Why Work at Solid Structures USA?
