SummaryWe're growing our creative operations team that will allow our creative team to perform at its highest level - that's where you come in. We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer, Content to lead the development and delivery of high-impact media experiences across live, hybrid, and digital events. This role bridges multimedia storytelling, creative production, and operational leadership to ensure content is not only compelling—but meets expectations. It is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth creative environments and loves turning ambiguity into compelling, beautiful experiences! This role is eligible to work a hybrid schedule 2-3 days per week in office based out of one of the following locations:Philadelphia, PAFt Wayne, INDetroit, MIDallas, TXChicago, ILNew York, NYLos Angeles, CAEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesContent Leadership & Story DevelopmentLead the development of cohesive content narratives across entire event experiences (main stage, breakouts, digital extensions, etc.)Translate client objectives into clear storytelling frameworks that guide all creative outputPartner with Creative Directors and Designers to shape visual guidelines, tone and pacingDefine content hierarchies and flow across multi-screen, multi-format environmentsEnsure consistency and quality across all content deliverables—from concept through final executionAct as the "content lens" in early concepting to ensure ideas are both compelling and producibleClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary content lead in client interactions, building trust through clarity and expertiseAbility to present content strategies, narratives, and work-in-progress with confidence and a strong point of viewAlign cross-functional stakeholders (brand, production, technical, exec. comms teams) around a unified visionLead feedback and approval cycles, synthesizing input into actionable directionProactively manage expectations, scope, and evolving priorities throughout the project lifecycleNavigate high-pressure environments with professionalism, especially during live event executionStrategic Thinking & InnovationContribute to pitch work by shaping content approaches and that both visionary and executableIdentify new storytelling formats, technologies, and audience engagement opportunitiesBring forward ideas that elevate the role of content within the broader event experienceBalance creative ambition with practical execution, budget, and timeline realitiesContinuously refine and elevate internal workflows and content standards that contribute to team efficiency and outputStay current on trends across media, experiential design, and digital platformsTeam Leadership & MentorshipLead and mentor junior producers and content creators, providing clear direction and constructive feedbackFoster a collaborative environment across disciplines, ensuring strong communication and alignmentSet expectations for quality, organization, and accountability across content teamsSupport team growth through hands-on guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharingStep in as a steady, solutions-oriented leader during high-pressure production momentsHelp scale team capabilities by identifying skill gaps and improving processesEducation & Experience7–10+ years in motion design and/ or experiential media productionExperience in live events, brand activations, or large-scale productionsProven ability to lead complex, multi-stream content projectsDeep understanding of:Motion graphics and design workflowsVideo production (shoot + post)Live event content systems (LED, playback, show control)Strong project management disciplines (timelines, budgets, scopes)Strong design and storytelling instinctsAbility to translate abstract ideas into executable contentComfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environmentsStrong presentation and communication skillsTravel RequirementsTravel up to 25%What We OfferThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
