The Mohr Partners Dallas Team is looking to add a junior associate to bolster our already successful team. Our accomplished team consists of two Partners with over 70 years of experience representing national industrial and office tenants across their portfolios. Mohr Partners strictly represents Tenants thus providing a conflict-free perspective to our clients which is truly unique in the commercial real estate brokerage industry.We look forward to bringing onboard a “go-getter” that will work with our team members to source and win new business on both local and national levels as well as provide assistance on existing clients.Broker ResponsibilitiesSecures new and expanding business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling Mohr Corporate services to current client baseLearn the Mohr Partners model and perfect your sales pitch for cold calls and emailsCreate lead list of prospective clients to call on utilizing multiple databasesMaintains accurate and up-to-date information in company databasesProvides tenants with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property valuesCompiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and status updatesAnalyzes data and prepares real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisonsGathers and organizes materials necessary for transactions such as commission agreements, leases, and sales agreementsParticipates and shadows senior brokers in contract negotiations and due diligence Broker QualificationsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or universityMinimum 2+ years of work experience requiredReal Estate Salesperson license preferred – will need license to be hiredFreight Brokerage / Sales Experience preferredIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsCapacity to effectively present information and confidence to speak in front of groupsRequires knowledge of financial terms and principlesPhysical RequirementsInvolves work of a general office natureTypically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scannerRegularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and typeAbility to speak clearly so others can understand youAbility to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writingAbility to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understandRegularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displaysAs an MBE with a full inclusion culture, Mohr Partners Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
