Be part of a team that's driving innovation and sustainability in the packaging industry.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute package development activities with minimal supervision.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome challenges.Manage multiple projects involving package development and materials selection.Leverage digital tools such as CAD and modeling & simulation in projects.Ensure compliance and consistency in packaging practices and work quality.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical, Polymer, Plastics, or Chemical Engineering.5 years of experience in new package development or technology transfer in client, food, or pharmaceutical companies.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.PreferencesPrior experience with Kenvue.Knowledge of package regulations and the external ecosystem.Experience with digital workflows, including CAD and modeling & simulation.Ready to make a difference?
