We provide a full range of construction services from pre-construction through project completion, and we are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetCoordinate with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to successfully achieve project goalsUtilize construction management software to track project progress, schedules, and documentationConduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelinesManage project budgets, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesInterpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction teams and ensure accurate project executionUtilize tools such as HeavyBid and Ohmmeter to assess project requirements and maintain quality standardsMaintain strong communication across all teams to ensure efficient workflow and project successQualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industryStrong background in budgeting, scheduling, and resource managementKnowledge of construction processes, procedures, and industry best practicesExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teamsExperience with construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog is a plusAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentExperienceconstruction Md: 5 years (Required)License/CertificationDriver's License (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote
