Role OverviewWe are building real-world datasets used to train robotics systems. This role involves participating in structured data capture sessions designed to generate high-quality training data for embodied AI systems. Participants will follow guided protocols to perform a variety of physical tasks and record themselves at home using simple setup instructions we provide.This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the development of Physical AI from the comfort of your own home.What You’ll Do Participate in structured data capture sessions by recording yourself at homePerform a range of everyday interaction and manipulation tasks following detailed video recording protocolsSet up a simple home recording environment as instructedFollow detailed instructions to ensure consistency across all recordingsHelp maintain organized data capture workflows (uploading videos, labeling, etc.)Work independently while staying aligned with the team’s data quality standardsWho You AreWe are primarily looking for individuals interested in robotics, AI, and embodied intelligence.Individuals involved in robotics labs, manipulation research, or control work are especially encouraged to apply.No travel required — all sessions are self-recorded at your own home. Anyone with access to a suitable space at home (kitchen, living room, or similar) and a smartphone or basic camera is welcome to apply.What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detailAbility to follow structured protocols carefullyReliability and consistency across repeated tasksInterest in robotics and physical AI systemsAvailability for scheduled data capture sessionsBasic ability to record video and upload filesPrevious robotics experience is helpful but not required.Additional Details Small, selective cohortMulti-session participation preferredAll equipment needed is minimal (smartphone + basic household items)Clear instructions and support will be provided for home setup and recordingParticipants will contribute to datasets used to advance robotics research — all from home.Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per minute of submitted video that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Videos must be at least 2 minutes in length. Experts must submit a minimum of 10 hours of video per week.
