Cardiology Physician Assistant

We are hiring an Board Certified Neurocritical Care Intensivist for a 6 month locum assignment in NJ! This physician will be providing coverage for a 15 bed neurocritical care unit, supervising APP's, who provide 24/7 coverage. Physician is expected to round daily on all service patients, write consult notes, provide 24/7 oversight of APP coverage. Provider will only be onsite for a portion of the day, with availability by phone thereafter and call back in extreme situations. This is an adult level 1 Trauma center, but trauma patients go to the Trauma/Surgical ICU. Bedside procedures - CVC placement, arterial catheterization, lumbar puncture. Schedule: 7 day, 24 hours per dat coverage, if possible. Monday 8am Through Monday 8am. Patient Load: 10-20 patients per day.
