Service BDC/Customer Care Representative

Know every appointment of the day to make sure that the service advisor/self knows the status of the vehicleCheck to see if any special order parts have arrived on a daily basis and call the customer. Ensure that special order parts are handled within 15 days (customer contacted and service appointment scheduled for completion within 15 days)Manage the pick-up and delivery process of customer vehicles by scheduling and communicating with driversAll other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications, Knowledge, SkillsValid in-state driver's license with a clean driving recordBackground check and MVRFun, enthusiastic, kind, patient, and outgoingMust be 18 or over in order to be covered by our Automobile Insurance.1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not requiredDealership experience preferred, but not requiredHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read and comprehend instructions and information.Professional personal appearance.Excellent organizational skillsCommunication skills: Ability to collaborate, cooperate, interpret, and communicate information that is not always straightforward.Computer: Ability to efficiently use Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Intermediate Excel), manage files, navigate network, web, and Windows.Decision-making: Knowledge of and ability to identify and choose alternatives based on values and preferences, and to solve problems to arrive at a conclusion and decision.Diversity: Treats all customers and employees with respect and without bias.Office Equipment: A wide array of office equipment, such as copy machines, computers, etc.Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative/team setting.Telephone Skills: Ability to respond to callers promptly using a positive and professional demeanor and tone, and refer callers to the appropriate resource.Must speak fluent English. Spanish and French fluency is optional but beneficialMust perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization and effective computer skills.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and able to compute rate, ratio, and percent.Ability to understand and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to learn and explain basic repair information.We are an equal-opportunity employer.
