OverviewHuman Factors Researcher/Analyst - Oklahoma City, OK$72K - $87KPosition OverviewTasks required by this position include the ability to organize, lead, and perform human factors research activities in accordance with the regulatory agency requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration. Position requires the ability to work independently with minimal oversite, work as a member of a team, and as a task lead. This position requires planning, preparation, and conduct of human factors research projects to quantify and assess human performance data in a variety of laboratory or field conditions or from existing data. Position requires ability to identify appropriate statistical analyses, perform analyses, and interpret and summarize findings. Position requires good verbal and oral presentation communication skills, and good technical writing ability. Candidate must have demonstrated success working in a time-sensitive, teaming environment with ability to prioritize multiple projects. Applicants must furnish positive evidence of having performed relevant, related research.Experience, Education, Skills, AbilitiesMaster level degree in related field PLUS Minimum 3 years related work experience required. Related 3 years work experience may be interchangeable with related field PhD program education.
