Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided *Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized in-home healthcare support to our client. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities. fixing meals and ensure the overall well-being of our client. *Duties* - Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as grooming, and dressing - Assist with meal preparation and medication administration - Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean environment - Help with mobility, transfers, and exercises - Monitor and report changes in health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records *Qualifications* - Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred - Knowledge of catheter care, ADLs, and senior care practices - CPR certification is a plus - Ability to follow care plans and work independently - Familiarity with medical terminology and basic healthcare systems - Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent required Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized home health services.
