AI Product Owner

Role Title: AI Product OwnerDuration: Contract through September 2026, with strong potential for a 1-year extension or conversion to full-timeLocation: Glendale, WI (3 days onsite preferred)Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the development of an AI Agents Factory aimed at transforming back-office functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering AI-driven automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and enable teams to focus on higher-value work.You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and a globally distributed AI development team, translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and ensuring successful execution and delivery.Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:8+ years of experience as a Product Owner (or equivalent) in an agile delivery environment 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives within a corporate setting Hands-on experience translating business workflows into digital, AI, or agent-based solutions Proficiency with agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization spanning IT, analytics, and business teams Strong analytical and business acumen, including experience building value cases for digital investments Execution-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working hands-on in dynamic environments Strong communication and collaboration skills across global, cross-disciplinary teams Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, PLCs) is a plus, but not required Willingness to travel up to 10%
