Field Service Technician - Crushing

Job Description Description:ICM Solutions, the leading provider of crushing, screening, and white paving solutions in the markets we serve, is seeking a technically skilled and solutions-oriented Field Service Technician to support our growing crushing service operations in Northern California. This role provides direct support to equipment both in the shop and on customer sites. This role is expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues with both customer-owned equipment and company owned rental machines. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety focused, and committed to continuous improvement and team development.Responsibilities and DutiesUtilize and comply with company, customer, and facility safety programs, processes, and proceduresAdhere to company and site lock-out tag-out requirementsEnsure exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and providing timely solutions to their equipment related issuesBuild and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and boost loyaltyTroubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic issuesAdvise customers and best practices and provide solutions to unique problems often requiring custom solutionsAccurately identify and effectively communicate parts and components needed to complete repairsTravel to customer sites for setup, configuration and commissioning of equipmentSupport rental equipment through repairs, de-commissioning, off-rent inspections and equipment repairsMaintain a professional and proper personal appearance following company policyOversee and maintain company provided service truck, equipment, and job specific toolingComplete all the training courses required to maintain customer complianceBe willing to travel/work out of town, on weekends, and overtime when requiredPerform all other duties as assignedRequirements:Preferred ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent5 years' experience related to crushing, screening, and heavy equipment repairClean MVR (No more than 1 moving violation under the age of 25, and no more than 2 if over the age of 25)MSHA CertificationWhy ICM Solutions?Fast-growing company with big ambitions—to be the best crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving dealer in North America.Strong, people-focused culture where your work truly makes an impact.Backed by the stability and career opportunities of Campbell Companies and Wheeler Machinery Co.Competitive benefits: PTO, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
