The Line Cook And Food Prep are responsible maintaining all aspects of the line area and food items in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain all aspects of the line area and food items
Provide a positive, consistent leadership role model to hourly staff
Use check lists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
Follow all company specifications and procedure to ensure perfect food
Follow and use all food safety procedures and logs
Follow all food rotation and re-stocking procedure using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Requirements
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Must be authorized to work in the USA and proper documentation
Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 50 lbs., and bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
You must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
