This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. get units ready for the next tenant Fabricate and repair components as necessary to maintain building integrity. Electrical plumbing Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Maintenance Management Systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, prioritizing tasks effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Multitasking multiple units and tenant request Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and management.
