This role involves reviewing and monitoring clinical documentation, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in home health care.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Monitoring and ImprovementRegulatory ComplianceTraining and DevelopmentDocumentation and ReportingCollaboration and CommunicationQualificationsValid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas. RN BSN preferred. OASIS certification is preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role in home health, with at least 2 years of experience in home health care.Strong understanding of home health care regulations, quality assurance processes, industry best practices, OASIS, Value Based Purchasing & Star Ratings.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and resolve issues.
