From trial preparation to case management, this role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documentsPerform legal research and manage case files efficientlyOrganize and maintain pleadings, discovery indexes, and case-related documentsPrepare exhibits, evidence, briefs, and appendicesAssist attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests, including subpoenas and summarizing records and discovery responsesServe as the liaison between trial teams and external partiesSupport attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and settlement negotiationsWhat We're Looking ForExperience: Minimum of 5 years as a Certified Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting with billable hour requirements.Certification: Paralegal certification required. Valid paralegal certificate must be provided prior to hire.Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, motions, and court rulesTechnical Skills: Proficiency in WordPerfect, Excel, Outlook, E-copy, Westlaw, Automated Forms, and E-FilingAttention to Detail: Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skillsWork Ethic: Self-starter for a fast-paced litigation practice that is proactive and thrives in a team-oriented environmentNice to Haves: Bilingual language ability; Spanish speaking is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: $34 - $40 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, and paid parkingWork Environment: Onsite position—remote work is not an optionHow to ApplyIf you are a detail-oriented and proactive litigation paralegal, we encourage you to apply!
