Mechanical Assembler

*Job Description: Weld Stud Mechanical Assembler* The purpose of this position is to: * Works from work order documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance * Will need knowledge in measuring, and use basic hand tools * Works with mechanical drawings * Gets quality checks of the product * Comply with all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Works to achieve product consistency * Maintains product, equipment, tooling, work area, and general facility cleanliness (FOD) * Perform other various duties as assigned * Complying with process and procedure ISO9001. *Qualifications* * Process-oriented disposition and mentality (a commitment to following procedures, instructions, and rules) * Experience and/or interest in technical or mechanical disciplines (desired) * Well spoken and written English language skills * Organizational skills * Problem solving skills * 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment * Technical experience and aptitude * Able to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations * Ability to understand direction on what is expected to be accomplished daily * Able to read and interpret documents such as design drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends before and after schedule as needed *Physical Demands* The special physical demands required to perform the described responsibilities include the following safely and successfully: * Sitting * Standing * Speaking * Listening * Walking including stairs * Ascend, descend, work atop, traverse * Pulling and/or pushing * Grasping, reaching * Stooping, crouching, crawling, close spaces * Color determination * Near acuity * Exposed (outdoor weather conditions Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
