With extensive experience in project management, change management, and ERP systems, this consultant excels in designing and delivering tailored training solutions that ensure seamless adoption and optimal utilization of ERP systems across the organization. City Government experience is a plus although not required. Major Technology Implementation Training experience (ERP and Workday) is required.Top 4-6 Prioritized Skills/Attributes: • Curriculum Development: Designing a comprehensive training curriculum that covers all aspects of the ERP system, including core functionalities, user-specific modules, and best practices. • Training Delivery: Leading engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of formats such as workshops, webinars, and hands-on exercises to cater to different learning styles. • User Support and Coaching: Providing ongoing support and coaching to users to address any challenges and ensure they are confident in using the ERP system effectively.
