As a Benefit Systems Eligibility & Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and processing group enrollments, overseeing eligibility and integration functions for medical, ancillary, and worksite products, and supporting TPA and payroll integrations while serving as a key resource for troubleshooting enrollment and data discrepancies.What Our Eligibility & Integration Analysts DoManage & Maintain Eligibility: Oversee all eligibility operations, including processing enrollments, additions, changes, and terminations for group medical, ancillary, and worksite products during renewals and ongoing eligibility cycles while entering all required information from employee change forms into internal databases with accuracy; respond promptly to agents, employer groups, carriers, and internal teams within required timeframes, and ensure that eligibility data remains current, precise, and aligned with carrier requirementsCoordinate and Support Integrations: Handle all Benefit Systems integrations by establishing and monitoring data feeds such as 834 EDI files, Data Exchange feeds, COBRA, Cafeteria, and Payroll integrations – while entering progress updates into internal systems, tracking transmission status in real time; resolve discrepancies and transmission errors, and ensure seamless and accurate flow of eligibility data between employer systems, carriers, and partnersEngage & Partner Across Teams: Develop strong relationships with advisors, group administrators, carrier EDI teams, and internal departments while prioritizing workload based on urgency; communicating escalated issues to supervisors; participating in carrier trainings, support onboarding through on-the-job training for new employees; complete required certifications such as the AHIP Fundamentals A exam, and perform any additional tasks reasonably requested to support organizational goals.What We Are Looking ForBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldStrong attention to detail and accuracy along with compliance of deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of and experience with email and database systemsWhy You Should Work With UsExcellent Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance options401K Retirement Plan with company contributionPaid Time Off (vacation and holidays)Employee Assistance ProgramCharitable Matching and Paid Community Service Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
