Associate Attorney
Shullman Fugate is a Florida-based boutique litigation firm with a national profile in media law, content liability, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. We’re seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our growing practice and help manage our high volume of complex litigation. You’ll work directly with senior attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience and mentorship while playing a critical role in our litigation teams. What You’ll Do and What Skills You Need: Draft briefs and legal documents
Conduct complex legal research
Assist with discovery and trial prep
Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy
What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of litigation experience (commercial, content, or Intellectual Property a plus)
High level analytical/writing skills required
Complex litigation experience required
Intellectual property experience a plus
Benefits & Compensation Fully remote (anywhere in Florida) – firm provides all equipment
Base salary range of $140,000–$150,000, depending on experience and agreed‑upon hours
Market‑competitive salary + bonus potential
