This role involves architecting and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, model packaging, monitoring, and continuous improvement, while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.This is a full-time, onsite role located in Carlsbad, CA.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and deploy scalable ML systems using AWS infrastructureCollaborate with product managers, engineers, security teams, and clients to understand and fulfill functional and compliance needsServe as subject matter expert for AWS and cloud-based topicsEnsure system reliability through monitoring, logging, and performance optimizationRun pilot implementations, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolutionOffer technical support and guidance throughout product lifecycle and ongoing support and optimization following product deliveryBuild strong client relationships through high-quality technical deliveryRequired QualificationsMinimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience designing and deploying ML modelsHands-on experience with AWSAssociate-level or higher AWS Certification (Machine Learning Engineer or CloudOps Engineer)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBonus QualificationsExperience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3Experience with PythonExperience with PyTorch or other ML frameworksCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $135,000 to $170,000Safe Harbor 401(k) with 4% employer matchHealth and dental insurance with 99% employer contribution towards employee premiumsFlex time + inclusive PTO policy for work-life balanceOnsite gymMachina Cognita Technologies does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, or other non-merit factors.
