This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance distributed systems using modern technologies.Candidates must demonstrate strong coding ability and effective communication skills, as previous candidates did not meet expectations in these areas.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable distributed applications using Java and AkkaBuild and optimize real-time streaming and monitoring solutionsDevelop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS servicesImplement Agentic AI workflows where applicableWork with NoSQL databases for high-performance data processingFollow Test Driven Development (TDD) practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutionsParticipate in code reviews and technical discussionsRequired Skills (Must Have)Strong hands-on experience in Java developmentExperience with Akka frameworkSolid understanding of Distributed Computing systemsHands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)Strong coding and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills (critical requirement)Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with RedisAWS CertificationExposure to Agentic AI workflowsExperience working with NoSQL databasesQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldJunior candidates will be considered if they demonstrate strong coding skillsAbility to work onsite at one of the specified locationsInterview ProcessGlider Test will be used for technical evaluationTechnical interviews will assess:Coding proficiencySystem design fundamentalsCommunication effectiveness
