What You'll Do: Supervise and mentor youth, modeling positive behavior Support daily living activities (meals, hygiene, recreation) Implement therapeutic programming and crisis intervention Foster social, emotional, and coping skills Maintain accurate documentation and reports Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, structured environment Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degreeOR60 college creditsOR2 years of experience working with youthOR7 years of parenting experience Valid driver's license preferred; must be 21+ Authorized to work in the U.S. Background check required Shifts Available: Front Half:Sun 8a10:30p; MonWed 2p10:30p Back Half:WedFri 2p10:30p; Sat 8a10:30p Ready to make an impact?
