DB2 Administrator Remote 12 MonthsPrincipal responsibilities:Primary responsibility of this role is to provide 24x7 Production Support for Db2 LUW databases.Candidate should have working knowledge of Oracle/MS SQL/MongoDB technology (one or more).Candidate should be capable of handling production issues independently and provide resolutions within agreed SLAs.Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide solutions.Identify automation opportunities and develop automation to reduce manual efforts and standardise processes.Participate in Crisis Calls, MIR, DQR.Maintain High Availability & Replication setups.Performance tuning.DB2 Partition Requirements.General troubleshooting and Performance Turning.Db2 DPF feature.Db2 HADR feature.Range partitioning.Experience as Db2 LUW DBA.Experience of working in Db2- DPF (Database Partitioning Feature) environments.Exposure to other database technologies like Oracle / MS SQL or MongoDB.
