Internal Medicine-1 hour to SacramentoFQHC seeks a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join their teamBase Salary: $242,224.84 plus bonus3 clinics, 2 have openings for Internal MedicineMonday-Friday 4- or 5-day work week optionCall: 1 week every 2 monthsEMR: CernerPTO: Year 1 2 is 30 days/year, year 2-6 is 33 days/year, 6-8 is 35 hours/year, 8+ years of service are 40 days/year; CME time is 40 hours/yearSign-on $10,000 with additional sign-on bonus from insurer up to $100,000Relocation $10,000Full benefitsThis town has a lower cost of living for California, diversity and great schools50 minutes to Sacramento and 1.5 hours to San FranciscoBoth cities have International AirportsH1B and J1 visa sponsorship available
