Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) TherapistFront Range Treatment Center in Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center area) is seeking a passionate, team-oriented clinician to join our specialized DBT therapy team.We are a DBT-focused practice that primarily provides comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with other evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT). We serve adults, teens, and families in a collaborative, supportive team environment. Our clinicians deliver high-quality care mainly in-person, but also via telehealth.If your background in DBT is not clear from your resume, please include a brief description of your experience with DBT or your interest in training and learning it.Requirements:Education : Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field from an accredited program.Experience : Prior experience providing individual therapy.Clinical Comfort : Demonstrated comfort and familiarity working with high-risk, suicidal, self-harming, or substance-using clients.Licensure : Must hold (or be eligible for) a Colorado license in one of the following:Psychologist (or Psychologist Candidate)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Clinical Social Worker CandidateLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Marriage and Family Therapist CandidateLicensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor CandidatePosition Details:Full-time position with a flexible schedule .Primarily in-person , with the option for some telehealth appointments.We are not hiring for fully remote-only roles at this time.What You'll Do:Provide individual DBT and CBT-based therapy.Co-lead DBT skills training groups.Complete timely, high-quality, and well-organized clinical documentation.Actively participate in weekly team consultation, supervision, and ongoing training in evidence-based practices.Collaborate closely with our supportive, team-oriented staff.Ideal Candidate:You are a strong fit if you:Are genuinely passionate about evidence-based treatments (especially DBT and CBT).Have formal training in DBT (or strong interest in becoming fully trained).Hold a behavioral or cognitive-behavioral orientation.Thrive working with complex, high-risk clients while maintaining a strong work ethic.Value team collaboration , feedback, responsiveness, and continuous professional growth.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary range of $75,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on licensure, experience, and caseload.Paid training toward DBT certificationEHR providedAdministrative supportSupportive team environment with ongoing training and flexible scheduling.#J-18808-Ljbffr
